Lean training at Hegelmann Logistics: Theory and Practice

In April, the Hegelmann Logistics team had the pleasure of welcoming the Qsensei Lean Practical Training Club.

An introduction to Lean took place in the Hegelmann main office in Kaunas, where representatives from various companies learned process analysis, measurement, and identify waste. After the theory part, participants visited the Hegelmann Logistics modern logistics center, where they applied their knowledge in practice – analyzing real processes, working in groups, completing tasks, and sharing insights.

Improvement comes not only from theory, but also from working together, practicing, and learning from each other. Lean is not just a method, but also a mindset that helps create more efficient processes, improve quality, and build stronger teams. We’re happy to be part of this learning experience and to support a culture of continuous improvement.
